Account Deletion Process for Palm-Cinema

- Account Deletion Request: Once you request the deletion of your account, the process begins. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all your personal data, including purchase history and movie access, will be permanently erased.
- Data Retention: Although your account will be deleted upon request, your data will remain stored in our system for up to 90 days after your request. This period is necessary for any technical or administrative processes related to the deletion.
- Important: Any outstanding payments or subscriptions associated with your account must be cleared before the deletion request is processed.
Steps to Request Account Deletion:
To request the deletion of your Palm-Cinema account, please send an email to enquiry@nucentury.org.ng. Your email should contain the following details:

- Your full name (as it appears on your Palm-Cinema account)
- Registered email address (used for logging in to Palm-Cinema)
- Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us improve our services)
- A confirmation that you understand that your data will be retained for up to 90 days after the request.
