Overview: Nu-century owned Palm-Cinema is an online platform designed to offer filmmakers a digital space to premiere and distribute their films, allowing them to reach a global audience. The platform offers a revenue-sharing model where filmmakers and Palm-Cinema share in the earnings based on the agreed-upon distribution and publicity responsibilities.
This document outlines the process for filmmakers/producers, including the revenue-sharing structure, responsibilities, and access to a vendor application for real-time revenue tracking. It also includes specifications on production quality, acceptable equipment, and acceptable content guidelines, particularly regarding explicit content.
1. Platform Overview:
Nu-century owned Palm-Cinema is an online cinema service that enables filmmakers to premiere their movies and films for a fee. Users access the films by paying an access fee, which is split between Palm-Cinema and the content owner (filmmaker/producer). The platform provides two distinct revenue-sharing models, depending on the responsibility for publicity.
2. Revenue Sharing Models:
There are two main scenarios that determine how revenue is shared between Palm-Cinema and the content owner:
A. Publicity by the Content Owner (Filmmaker/Producer):
If the content owner is responsible for the publicity of their film (promoting the movie), the revenue will be split as follows:
● 25% of the revenue goes to Palm-Cinema.
● 75% of the revenue goes to the content owner (filmmaker/producer).
B. Publicity by Palm-Cinema:
If Palm-Cinema is responsible for the publicity and marketing of the movie (promoting the film), the revenue will be split as follows:
● 60% of the revenue goes to Palm-Cinema.
● 40% of the revenue goes to the content owner (filmmaker/producer).

○ Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
○ Any form of hate speech, discrimination, or harmful propaganda.
Palm-Cinema reserves the right to reject films that do not meet these standards. Films that violate these guidelines may be removed from the platform, and no revenue will be shared.
